FAQ

Safety reminders: Always keep candles/warmers away from foreign objects. Keep on level fire resistant surface away from children and pets. Do not leave the object unattended. Always trim the candle wick to ¼” before burning. Do not burn/warm for more than 4-5hr at a time.

Are your products locally made? All candles and melts are handmade in Mama’s kitchen, in Urbandale Iowa.

What is your return policy? All items are handmade to order so returns are not accepted.

How do your products ship? What is the turnaround time? Orders typically process in 2-3 business days, and UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping options are available. The site will provide an estimated arrival date based on address information and updates will be sent as your order is fulfilled.

What if my package is lost or broken? If the package goes missing, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Once the item has left my home, I am not responsible for delivery. If the item arrives damaged, please reach out and we will work out a replacement plan.

If I am local, how do I go about picking up my order to save on shipping? Make sure to select the pick-up option at checkout. You will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready along with instructions for pick-up.

Do you have a physical location where I can stop by to smell products before purchasing? Currently, I do not have a shop. I am working to get into various shows and local shops. Check back for more information soon.

How many and how long should I allow melts to warm?  I recommend using 2-4 melts in the larger electric warmers and 1-2 in the small plug-in warmer at a time. You can reuse various times. Simply replace when the fragrance fades, about 8-10hrs per block. Do not warm for more than 5 hrs at a time. To replace, simply let the wax cool until firm up then wipe clean with a paper towel. Never pour warmed wax down a drain, as it will clog.

Can I purchase bulk/wholesale orders? I am still working on wholesale options; in the meantime, send me a message and let’s make a deal.

I'm interested in working with you on a custom candle project. Is that something you would consider? Absolutely, get in touch and we can discuss.
