Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All of our candles and products are handmade to order, and because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order leaves our possession and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery issues. If your package is lost or does not arrive, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to create a replacement plan or another appropriate solution.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
